Private Yoga Instruction
(Individuals, Couples & Small Groups)
What better time than now than to have a private one-one-one yoga session than during this unique and challenging time with Covid-19 among us.
Many people don't want to take group yoga classes or fitness classes right now, so having one-on-one sessions can limit your exposure, as well as increase your desired results for flexibility, strength, overall fitness and well being, plus give you the personalized professional support you may need now more than ever. Here is a link to precautions I'm taking regarding my studio space and working with my clients that may very well help you decide to take the plunge into committing to one, several or ongoing private yoga sessions with me and/or massage.
Below are some reasons why private yoga instruction might be right for you:
- If you've never practiced yoga before or feel intimidated by a group setting.
- If you've never practiced yoga before and prefer one-on-one attention in order to address your specific needs/goals that cannot be addressed in a group setting.
- If you've lost mobility or are experiencing daily pain or discomfort due to an injury or surgery, whether recent or long ago in the past. Our bodies learn to compensate but generally not without consequences!
- If you want to start a new physical activity or sport but feel tight all over or feel tight in specific areas of your body. Increasing your range of motion can help you prevent injury in your chosen physical activities and sports.
- If you're already practicing yoga but feel you're not progressing the way you'd like or you are feeling "stuck" in your practice.
- If you're already practicing yoga but feel there are postures that are inaccessible to you, postures that cause you pain, postures you feel you're doing incorrectly, and therefore could use some personal assistance with proper form and/or modifications.
- Or perhaps there are some other reasons I have not listed above . . .
