PLEASE NOTE: I am waiving my 48-hour cancellation and payment requirement for cancellations arising from Covid-19 symptoms. Otherwise, the my original requirements will remain in effect. Please read below for additional information.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, clients are responsible for the full payment of the cancelled session. Some exclusions may apply. An invoice can be emailed to clients for payment of the cancelled session and/or clients can simply pay by Venmo, Zelle, or check for a discounted rate as advertised; credit card payments can be accepted for non-discounted rates. In regards to late cancellations (less than 48-hours notice) when using packages or gift certificates, one of the package sessions or the gift certificate will be considered redeemed.
