24-hours notice is required for all cancellations via text and/or phone message.

If less than 24 hours notice is given, clients are responsible for the full payment of the cancelled session. Some exclusions may apply. An invoice can be emailed to clients for payment of the cancelled session and/or clients can simply pay by via one of the accepted forms of payment listed above. In regards to late cancellations (less than 24-hours notice) when using packages or gift certificates, one of the package sessions or the gift certificate will be considered redeemed.
